“I don’t like when they use my inconsistent standard against me”

Believing in Imputed Righteousness and calling it salvation, is like seeing a man put on a dress and wig and calling him a woman.
If you reject any dogma of the church, you’re a heretic

Us Eastern Orthodox Christians constantly get asked: “What is The Gospel? Haven’t you read Romans 1:16? You can’t even tell me what it is, so how could you ever be saved?”
THIS is the answer you need to give.
Historically, this has ALWAYS been the answer.
This IS The Gospel.
Spoiler:
Its not blasphemy
BLASPHEMY!
Unregenerate Alex Sorin @Alex_Ortodoxie says the Orthodox Church can ADD to the Canon of scripture, and are the ONLY ones that could add scripture.
That is blasphemy!
No he didn’t. No it doesn’t. We shouldn’t listen to Protestants
Jesus taught Sola Scriptura. Scripture teaches Sola Scriptura. We should listen to both.
While rebuking the Sadducees, Jesus quoted Scripture:
Matthew 22:31-32
“And as for the resurrection of the dead, have you not read what was said to you by God: ‘I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob’? He is not God of the dead, but of the living.”
This is important because He not only affirms that Scripture is God-breathed, but that they were also held accountable for what was written centuries earlier, as if it was spoken directly to them.
James White paired this verse with 2 Peter 1:21 and 2 Timothy 3:16 to demonstrate that Scripture truly is God’s own Words. This makes it binding.
Scripture never teaches any other mechanism by which we are to be bound in the faith to doctrines outside of what is prescribed in Scripture itself.
There is nothing equal to God’s speech.
We should hold to Scripture just like Jesus does.
Bingo
Avery (GodLogic) spewing heresy again, but his anti-Islamianity friends won't care...
Ignatius, Letter to the Symrnaeans, Chapter 7
"They abstain from the Eucharist and from prayer, because they confess not the Eucharist to be the flesh of our Saviour Jesus Christ, which suffered for our sins, and which the Father, of His goodness, raised up again. Those, therefore, who speak against this gift of God, incur death in the midst of their disputes. But it were better for them to treat it with respect, that they also might rise again."

Replying to @HHS3239 @Alex_Ortodoxie
1. The EO has no disagreement about the canonical books
2. According to Baptist Bias, disagreement and picking and choosing books of scripture subjectively
