the obvious elephant in the room is that if Tyler Robinson had shot a dozen random students in the crowd Republicans wouldn't even pretend to give a fuck

One thing that always strikes me is how much focus there is on crime and personal safety for obvious reasons, yet Americans just seem to accept that over 40,000 people die in traffic accidents every year and never really talk about trying to bring that number down

Property taxes are the most efficient and equitable tax humans have devised. They could only be improved by shifting more of the tax to the value of the unimproved land rather than the structures.
Hi.
We need to completely abolish property taxes. It forces us to pay “rent” to the government on property that we own, but if we don’t pay property taxes, the property that we own gets taken away from us. That should never happen in a free country.
Secondly, health insurance is a giant scam that has become completely unaffordable. And it doesn’t make any sense and I don’t know anyone, and I mean anyone, that supports the current healthcare system in the United States.
These are American Only issues and such significant problems that we should be addressing them the same way we would if our house was on fire.

This new Hurricane Katrina documentary just reignited my hatred for 43. I been keeping my foot on his neck since 2000. Y’all will NOT sanitize his legacy just because Orange Cheeto knocked him out the spot for worst POTUS of all time. He’s still in close 2nd place don’t forget!!

I have a feeling that the things Ghislaine Maxwell would find concerning and the things someone who isn't convicted of being a pedophilic sex trafficker would find concerning are VASTLY different

These people can only conceive of win-lose situations, and so they forgo win-win arrangements in favor of lose-lose arrangements

Funny how all that protect women’s sports energy goes right out the window when women ask for more of the revenue they generate.
I've never felt more correct in my oft-maligned opinion that Stanger in a Strange Land is trash that hides lack of saying anything deep behind saying that there are deep thoughts that can't be put into human language.

Your timely reminder that Obama negotiated a great deal with Iran (JCPOA) which halted its nuclear program in its tracks.
Trump ENDED that deal (in 2018). Iran then resumed enriching Uranium and now here we are with another preventable war on our hands.
Beach Boys and Eagles are both lame as shit, which makes this even more funny

Atlanta had a window of about 10 years when I thought it might become a real city, but the clowns in charge have slammed that window shut. I hate that they just continually validate my decision to leave.
