ORPHEUS — CHAP. II
The Ferryman of the Styx
The seven Hypurr followed Orpheus into the darkness.
Before them flowed the Styx, the river separating the living from the dead.
@TheAscendIntern, the ferryman, raised his lantern.
“Only those who seek to ascend may cross.”
Orpheus lowered his golden head.
And then…
The river began to sing. 🐉💫

Orpheus 🐉
@OrpheusHL is doing something different from the other projects on this list.
It’s built around the Golden Dragon of Elysium, an original character connected to the wider Hypurr universe.
The website walks through the clues behind the character, its connection to the Gold Dragon Pet trait, and the mythology inspiring its story.
But the bigger idea is to take that character beyond a single reveal and build a creative universe around it.
The project’s stated direction includes developing the lore, celebrating the seven Hypurr, and growing a community around Orpheus.
Ascend is described as the next chapter for the project, providing a launchpad for its story and community. Orpheus has also explicitly credited @AscendLaunch and @Enter_Elysium in its announcement.
I think this is an interesting side of the ecosystem to follow.
Infrastructure matters, but culture and community matter too. Projects that give people a story, a character, or something to rally around can add another dimension to an ecosystem.
It’ll be interesting to see how Orpheus develops beyond its initial concept.
ORPHEUS - CHAP. 1
The Gates of the Underworld
Before Elysium, Orpheus descended into the Underworld, his golden mane the only light in a world that had forgotten the sun.
He thought he was alone until seven Hypurr showed up for their friend.
The journey to ascend had begun.

I was hiding in plain sight, inside the world you were already looking at.

Bang @AscendLaunch by ( @CryptoTomYT ) is taking a different approach on @Enter_Elysium
Instead of focusing on a new token the model revolves around hyperliquid:native staking ecosystem rewards and revenue flowing back to builders
And there are already interesting projects building around it

COMMUNITY FIRST. 🤝
If Orpheus wins the $2,500 competition prize, the proposed plan is to turn that momentum back toward the community.
→ $300 for Dexscreener Enhanced token information at launch
→ $500 for a community art contest
→ $700 in $ORPHEUS for a planned airdrop to the 7 Hypurr with the Gold Dragon Pet trait
This plan is conditional on winning the competition.
