Some people watch communities grow. @Kelly_Cohen helps make growth happen. For more than two decades, Kelly has helped build the support, partnerships and coalitions behind some of Central Florida’s most transformative projects, including SunRail, Medical City, UCF Downtown, NeoCity and Orlando City Soccer Club. As @OrlandoMag noted, her work often happens outside the spotlight: “translating ambitious ideas into coalitions capable of navigating government processes, securing investment and building public support.” That ability to find common ground and turn big ideas into action is what sets Kelly apart. As Kelly puts it: “I see government affairs as a platform for driving meaningful, lasting change, connecting ideas to action and people to opportunity.” That’s more than a philosophy. It’s a track record of helping leaders, organizations and communities move ambitious ideas forward.
