Manchester United fans will welcome back the historic Stretford End ‘ticker’ for Saturday’s home game against Tottenham Hotspur.
The flag first appeared hanging from the newly built upper tier of the Stretford End in 2000 with ‘24 YEARS’ — marking when rivals Manchester City had last won a trophy, their 1976 League Cup triumph — but was taken down after City won the FA Cup in 2011, by which time it had risen to ‘35 YEARS’.

I find in bizarre that everyomes talking about this case (granted biggest news in the world) but not a single person as discussed how do we fix our so called "beautiful game" which personally i believe has been dead since 2009 when financial rules came into play.. yes we need rules due to the currency economy in football now but not ones that cut off the league to anyone whobwasnt rich before 2009.
