Questions about filing an insurance claim due to the ice storm?
If your home or car is damaged from the ice storm, the Oregon Division of Financial Regulation recommends calling your insurance agent to ask about your policy coverage.
Additional tips: LaneCountyOR.gov/ice
When recovering from storm damage:
1) Determine your policy coverage, exclusions, and deductibles.
2) Call your insurance company or agent if you have questions about your policy before you make a claim.
