#SOHO2022 #SOHO22 Samer Srour presents data from a ph 1/2 study of Orca-T, an allograft precision engineered to reduce alloreactive immunity. Of 138 patients, 4%/5% had acute/chronic GVHD and 4% had NRM at 1 year. 1-year GHVD-free RFS was 71% and OS was 90%.
