Tokenized real estate on the XRP Ledger can settle in seconds. A traditional closing takes 30 to 60 days. That gap matters more than people realize. On a $500K property, the buyer's funds are locked up for a month or two, the seller can't reinvest, and everyone in between is billing hourly while they wait. Faster settlement means that capital can get back to work almost immediately. Fewer billable hours from escrow agents and attorneys. Less exposure to rate changes between contract and close. The speed isn't just a convenience thing, it actually changes the economics of the transaction.
