While it's painful to close this chapter, we're proud that we tried. We're proud of what we built, and we're incredibly grateful to everyone who believed in us along the way.

Sometimes things don't work out the way you hoped. Markets change, circumstances change, and eventually you have to be honest with yourself about where things stand.

At the same time, crypto trading volume and liquidity have declined across the industry, with altcoins and Bitcoin native sectors such as BRC20s, Runes, and Bitcoin L2s being hit particularly hard.

Building on Bitcoin and within the broader BitFi ecosystem saw significant experimentation and innovation but the category ultimately struggled to break through.

Today, we're making the difficult decision to shut Orange down. There wasn't a single reason that brought us here. Over time it became clear that some of the markets and sectors we believed in never achieved the adoption many expected.

Whether they reached thousands of users or just a handful of dedicated supporters, each product represented countless hours of work, learning and belief in what Orange could become.

Along the way, we built products we were genuinely proud of: Orange Wallet, Orange Bridge, Orange Explorer, and other tools designed to make Bitcoin more accessible and useful.

We gave Orange everything we had. For the past few years, this project has been a huge part of our lives. We've experienced exciting highs, difficult lows and countless moments where we believed we could turn things around.
