How could someone do something like this? 💔 A Golden Retriever was reportedly found dead underwater near a Miami marina, with two cinder blocks tied to its legs using its own leash. A man returning to the marina spotted what he initially thought were two little arms sticking out of the water, that turned out to be the dog's paws. Police are investigating, and no arrests have been reported. I will never understand how people can be this cruel to animals. Writer: Lynn
