So it reports the window it actually covered: 38s, 8,000 transfers scanned, 10 moves over $10k, scan limit reached. Largest was $999,152.

Four things ORACLE-4663 was getting wrong, now fixed:
→ whale tape scanned 1 second of chain and called it a window
→ one swap showed as 8 rows
→ Uniswap V4 liquidity counted as infrastructure
→ only top 10 holders analyzed — Now top 50 analyzed
