Christmas preparations are well under way at Newport City Dogs Home but it's no fun spending Christmas in a kennel. So if you're a registered walker please try & pop down for an hour over the festive season & give a dog the gift of your time πππ©ππΎπ

This is Danny. A 5-month old pup whoβs only happy when heβs sniffed everything (at least 3 times). Happy for cuddles when heβs satisfied he hasnβt missed anything. 10/10 people would wait patiently. #AdoptDontShop

Registered walkers don't forget we are walking between 10am & noon today so leave the sprouts for later and head on down to take one of the 20 dogs at Newport City Dogs Home out for a Christmas walk! π
Dinner is taking shape with turkey, beef, pigs in blankets, Yorkshire puds, roast potatoes and parsnips done. Now to crack on with the green veg, carrots & swede. ππ₯ππ©ππΎπ
