This is dangerous and false. Some among the GOP have supported baseless claims of fraud, true, but the party as a whole has not. Many on both sides of the aisle are there b/c they love this country. They'll be there if/when they need to be.
tl;dr: build bridges, don't burn them.
GOP going to the courts is not evidence of a failed democracy. It is evidence that our democracy works. If they believe there are irregularities, they should challenge them.
