I put my 2 weeks resignation in today and I have nothing lined up. I worked my ass off for 3 years. In one stupid ass move the owner flushed all my work down the toilet by going against what I told him and in that process burned up $200K in equipment. I won’t get my bonus because I won’t hit my goals because he ruined the equipment.
