It’s been an age . We finally got around to getting back onto x ! Look what’s happening in Sherwood on Bank Holiday Monday for adults and young people with learning disabilities, and families/carers. Booking essential ! No admission without booking. @marypoppinstributeuk
Anyone in Sherwood tomorrow with an hour to spare please come and join us. The Open Voices Choir is organised by @MfENotts. It’s an all inclusive choir for adults with learning disabilities/difficulties. All the participants are really excited!

Tonight in my daughters ward I met a mum who had to get her unconscious limp baby to A&E on the bus because an ambulance was going to be 6 hours. By the time they got there his oxygen sat was 69% and he now has brain damage and seizures. She had to take her limp baby on the bus.

Could not agree more! Too many young people with too much anxiety and stress caused by exams that don’t prepare them for life. I feel we need a better all rounded curriculum with a main focus being well-being, life skills and independence skills. Agree?
