New version of OpenFHE (github.com/openfheorg/openfh…) is out! V1.3.0 includes composite scaling for CKKS contributed by @intel, full support of WebAssembly compilation (for web browsers and smart phone devices), and more. Check out github.com/openfheorg/openfh… for more details.

The workshop is targeted at application developers, security practitioners, and #FHE experts. The program also includes sessions on software tools for developing and benchmarking homomorphic encryption solutions, hardware acceleration, and applications of homomorphic encryption.

A significant milestone for #FHE: the paper "General Functional Bootstrapping using CKKS". The authors developed a general functional/programmable bootstrapping method using #CKKS, achieving an amortized time that is orders of magnitude faster than #TFHE.

Really exciting announcements and activities in the #FHE start-up community this week and Tuesday isn't even over yet!
We've seen multiple FHE start-up partnerships, a new consortium go public, new editions of major FHE events and a major paper release.
Couldn't be happier!
This paper is an especially big step for secure performant computing. We love the transparency of open peer-review and open-source implementation for the best most advanced work in the community.
We want only the best in the software we provide in the @OpenFHE_org project.
We're aware of at least one other big pending partnering announcement in the @OpenFHE_org ecosystem. Can't wait to be able to share publicly!
