Today, a California judge dealt a huge blow to decentralized governance. Under the ruling, any DAO participation (even posting in a forum) could be sufficient to hold DAO members liable for the actions of other members under general partnership laws. It's time to DUNA.

4/8 But bots are unlikely to have bank accounts anytime soon. How many banks are ready to handle this? And what if there's a bank failure and the government has to bail out some bot accounts? So bots will have to use crypto as their medium of exchange.

TLDR of crypto this past month: ✅ Transparent and automated real defi protocols functioned flawlessly and were highly effective at protecting users ❌ Opaque, human operated centralized platforms gambled with user funds and lost it all, hurting their users
