Good news for #Darlington residents 🙌
The Section 59 signs which are already in use in the West End and Red Hall areas have been extended to cover the Firthmoor area.
This means that anyone seen riding an off-road bike anti-socially will have their vehicle seized immediately.

👏 Good luck to DCC Dave Orford who is marking his retirement by hiking 84 miles for charity.

💪 Another illegal moped seized
PC Oliver from @Durpol_Bikes was on patrol in #Easington on Tuesday when he noticed a teenager riding the moped dangerously.
He pursued the vehicle which clipped a kerb and abandoned it in Ascot St.
The moped was seized under @OpEndurance

This bike was reported stolen in #Trimdon over the weekend 👇
Luckily, an eagle-eyed witness reported seeing a group of boys making off from the area with a bike matching the description.
Officers were quickly able to recover the bike and return it to the owner 👏

🚫 Officers stopped this scooter in #Darlington on Saturday afternoon after it was brought to their attention for having no licence or insurance.
❌ Vehicle seized and rider reported for offences.

Last week, officers received reports of teens riding anti-socially on motorbikes around #Ferryhill.
The team followed the group along Church Ln where one of the bikes was dumped, it was later revealed to be stolen from Aycliffe.

Last week we stopped this bike in Castleford riding on local fields. Rider warned and fined. Yesterday we stopped same bike riding on local roads. Bike seized and rider sent to court.
