The next unicorn builder has entered the arena for @colosseum

(1/2) @gokulr is always prescient, but this one from earlier this year hits especially hard. When designing product, we build user flows as if life starts and stops inside our individual apps. The traditional model tells us to solve one problem better than anyone else, and leave it there. 'Product bloat' is the term that gets thrown around-- so how do you straddle that fine line? One thing that the @solana ecosystem enables is the ability to string together an unlimited combination of experiences, meeting users where they are, and guiding them to where they want to be. This is what we're doing with @OnyxMobileNet. We're building Onyx to meet new consumers at the true layer 0-- the mobile connection. From there, we'll be introducing them to a new way of thinking about finance and how they interact with the internet. You can't accomplish this building in a silo. Connecting with other builders through @SuperteamTH has given us the context to think about where our customers start and where they're going next.

Of all the synergies in 15 years of life abroad, meeting @0xJbias takes the cake. Jesse & I: - Attended the same music school in Hollywood, CA - Moved to Japan within a year of each other - Attended the same university in Tokyo - Moved to Bangkok within a year of each other - Never met until we attended the same @SuperteamTH event earlier this year. Jesse is building @watchverta, one of the most ambitious & innovative projects I've seen in the space. Think about how your media consumption has changed in the past 5 years. Your phone became your TV. Vertical became the default. Scripted entertainment lagged, but now it's catching up. Short-drama apps did 2.3 BILLION downloads in 2025 and nearly $3B in app revenue 🤯 Verta is bringing it onchain. Premium, mobile-native vertical entertainment — with ownership & economics running on @solana. They never said founding a company would be easy. Can confirm. It is not. AI is changing the nature of work, productivity, and expectations from new projects. It also makes it easy for solo founders to fall into the trap of trying to climb the mountain alone. The biggest thing I've learned thus far: You cannot prompt your way to success.
