The new world order will not take place in 2030, they'd be delayed and won't meet up
As a matter of fact it's gonna need another ten years to rearrange and push again after 2030

Juventus were relegated to Serie B, hit with points deduction and stripped of their titles after the refereeing scandal.
And they weren’t the only club punished. Fiorentina and Lazio were initially relegated too, while AC Milan received a points deduction for their involvement in the case.
So if Manchester City are eventually found liable for the charges against them, why would football suddenly collapse if the authorities imposed a massive sporting punishment?
60 point deduction over 5 years,
Relegation to the third tier,
Titles stripped.
Whatever sanction is ultimately imposed, the principle should be the same, the size of the club should not determine the seriousness of the punishment.
Thank you
