My little brother had a cavity diagnosed this summer at the dentist.
Instead of doing a filling, I had him swish Vitamin D+K in his mouth daily, and had him switch to a hydroxyapatite toothpaste.
This past month at his follow-up visit, there wasn’t a cavity to fill.
Back in 1946, they found that chewing a gum infused with vitamin K and calcium reduced new cavities by 60-90%.
But your dentist has no clue about that.
Getting enough calcium and vitamin K2 is key for protecting your teeth—we really need to bring back the proper whole milk propaganda.
Also, swishing teeth with vitamin K2 MK-4 (like Kuinone by Idea Labs) has been working wonders for many.
Honestly, a little tic-tac style product with vitamin K2, calcium, and mastic would be an absolute game-changer in this space...
Pinealon in the morning & Epitalon before bed is legitimately breathtaking
The cognitive benefits of Pinealon hit me in the morning, while the soothing effects of Epitalon hit me in the evening
I am usually an under-responder to supplements, but these are just wonderful

Vesugen+ & Vilon+
3 MG!
Enteric-coated and containing sodium caprate. Research has shown that enteric-coating can help prevent molecular degradation from the acidity of the gut, while caprate can increase intestinal permeability.
What this means? ⬆️⬆️ bioavailability.
Soon. Props to my man Taylor at @TAGS_Label_Co for the badass labels.

A healthy gut = a clear mind
Your gut constantly communicates with your brain through nerves, immune signals and microbial metabolites
Inflammation and persistent digestive discomfort can affect that communication, depressing mood and mental clarity

I think people really don’t appreciate how every diagram you’ve ever seen of human innards is extremely stylized for neatness, where in reality it’s all kinda just In There.
I missed zero questions on my latest medical school exam - here’s what I took beforehand:
- 1mg Pinealon+ (enteric-coated w/ sodium caprate for MAXIMUM absorption)
- 75mg Bromantane (sublingual)
- 20% of a T3 + T2 capsule (powder poured into water)
- 8oz Redbull
The ultimate thyroid tool is coming soon...
T2 allows more fatty acids to be transported into mitochondria for oxidation. It also increases fatty acid uptake via FAT/CD36.
It raises resting metabolic rate rapidly and whitens brown fat making it a potent fat burner.
T2 and T3 have a potent thermogenic effects, producing tons of heat via mild uncoupling
In studies they also reverses liver damage and insulin resistance.
This combination adds mitochondria optimization, thermogenic fat loss and ATP production to the classic anti-stress, longevity, pro-metabolic, anti-inflammatory, anti-depressant benefits of T3 for total thyroid optimization.
There's a new version of this post

RED LIGHT ON THE STOMACH
Aside from providing noticeable improvements in digestion, motility, etc, the stomach is an ideal area for targets Red/NIR light therapy, because of simply how much stuff is going on there:
- Red light therapy improves mitochondrial function across all cells, regardless where targeted, but focusing on areas with substantial blood flow (ie abdomen, carotid artery) can expose circulating red blood cells)
- Red/NIR increases serotonin-triggered contractions in stomach muscle, physically supporting motility
- Bowel inflammation is pervasive, red light can help inflamed tissue recover/return to normal functioning
- Researchers irradiated mouse abdomens with red/NIR light and found changes in gut microbial composition. Similar effects have been noted with red light therapy in the mouth (where a substantial portion of your microbiome live)
- Near-infrared light increases melatonin inside cells, offering a potent antioxidant effect (particularly in mitochondria)
I could go on, but you should just try it after your next meal and on an empty stomach at night.

As a general rule, I avoid taking B vitamins before bed since most are excitatory
A notable exception is B6, which is a cofactor for producing GABA, which is inhibitory
This is my experience, effects may vary between individuals
Taking both Epitalon & Pinealon after waking makes me feel a bit drowsy
This morning, I skipped the Epitalon and only took Pinealon, which removed that sense of drowsiness
I’ll take Epitalon before bed for a few days to see how it compares
