The past 24 hours has been hell for me, the worst of my life.
Why? I’ve been suffering food poisoning from eating chemically ripened tangerine.
I hate this country so much, I’m always so careful of what I put in my body, I don’t even eat out. But a fruit almost killed me.

Today, we remember the lives lost on 20 October 2020. We mourn them and stand with the families whose lives were forever changed by the struggle against police brutality.
Six years later, we must ask: what has truly changed?
From the use of police to disrupt my declaration into the ADC to the poor welfare and housing conditions facing officers, we must confront a system that too often fails both citizens and those entrusted to protect them.
Police officers deserve dignity and decent working conditions. Citizens deserve protection, accountability and freedom from intimidation. Neither should be sacrificed for political interests.
We honour the #EndSARS victims by continuing to demand a Lagos and a Nigeria where institutions serve the people, and power is exercised with responsibility.
May their sacrifice never be in vain.
FROM PARIS TO THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT: NIGERIA’S FUTURE IN FOCUS
Following our dialogue at the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR) office in Paris yesterday, we made a one-hour stop at a Nigerian restaurant, where we met and interacted with fellow Nigerians before departing for Strasbourg. We arrived at 12:15 a.m. today, Tuesday, 20 October.
By 9:30 a.m., we were at the European Parliament, where we held a series of constructive meetings with Members of the European Parliament representing various committees. Our engagements continued until 6:00 p.m.
Throughout these discussions, I reiterated that Africa is a continent of immense potential, the world’s second-largest continent by both land area and population, richly endowed with natural resources and blessed with a vast, youthful population capable of driving production, innovation and economic transformation.
I called for stronger European support for Africa’s development, particularly Nigeria’s, through partnerships that promote good governance, strengthen democratic institutions and protect the integrity of our electoral processes.
Africa needs leaders with the vision, competence and integrity to unite our people, confront corruption decisively, tackle insecurity and reduce inequality. These are essential foundations for building prosperous, stable and inclusive societies.
Africa must not be seen merely as a continent of needs, but as a continent of opportunities, solutions and possibilities. Nigeria, in particular, has the human and natural resources to play a significant role in global development.
Our future must be built on responsible leadership, productive partnerships and a shared commitment to human dignity and prosperity.
A better Nigeria is POssible. A New Nigeria is POssible! -PO

People respect you more when they don't see you often. Even parents. Trust me. It's strange how distance rearranges love, how absence restores what closeness erodes. When people are deprived of your presence, they start seeing you clearly again, not through habit but through awareness. Proximity dulls perception. Space sharpens it. That's just how the human mind works.

France and Belgium is in Big Trouble
WHEN A NATION UNDERESTIMATES EXTREMISM, IT PAYS A HEAVY PRICE!
France, Belgium and parts of northern Nigeria offer a serious lesson about the dangers of violent extremism.
France experienced deadly jïhardist att@cks, including the November 2015 Paris att@cks. Belgium suffered the 2016 Brussels b0mbïngs, which Kpaid 32 people. In north eastern Nigeria, B0k0 H@ram went further in some areas, seizing towns and territories, forcing families to flee and destroying communities.
The lesson is not that ordinary Müzlims or entire communities are responsible. It is that governments must never ignore early warning signs, tolerate vawulent networks, neglect vulnerable communities or allow security failures and poor intelligence-sharing to give extremists room to grow.
When authorities fail to act decisively, extremists can exploit fear, poverty, grievances and weak security to expand their influence. By the time the thre@t becomes impossible to ignore, innocent citizens may already have paid with their Liv£z, homes and freedom.
