My suggestion to @RiverRunGame to help the in game economy. First, add a small cost of 50 $ROE to launch an attack. It's far too easy to just spam attacks and no downside if you lose. If the attacker wins, they keep it + the $ROE they looted. If the defender wins, they keep half, the other half gets burnt. Second, increase the cost to create a new team by like 5% for each new team created.
