@CoinbaseSupport Received an email from compliance KYC on 23-Apr-2024 saying thay I have duplicate account and need to close it within 15 days otherwise my account may get restricted.

I closed my coinbase duplicate account on 1st of May but why is it that they still imposed restriction to my account on 8-May?. Till now can't do trading🥺
