If it's growing or in the deep veins, treatment = blood thinners. In most cases, 6-12 wks (usually closer to 12) Can't play on those due to bleeding risk If it's still superficial but just mobile, they could either start blood thinners or choose to re-scan in a few days 2/7

SPORTS BROADCASTING NEWS: FOX has not had any negotiations with Greg Olsen about a contract beyond this season, per industry sources. Olsen's contract expires at the end of this NFL season. Something notable is Olsen had exploratory talks with CBS Sports two years ago. He's already called a Super Bowl and enjoys critical praise. Would be a very attractive free agent.
