The next global strike for climate action is on November 29th and we need your help. Our politicians are continuing to dismiss the climate crisis. We are angry by their lack of action and you should be too.
March with us on the 29th because there's no future on a dead planet
One to tune into tonight. #climatechange #environment

New report on food waste from FAO giving insight on the global issue of food waste.
🤔Have you ever thought of the amount of food that is produced but never reaches our plates?
😱And why do we throw away so much food?
🥕Reducing #foodloss & #foodwaste is a GLOBAL issue.

Is Cork ready? Let’s hope for a great turnout today. #ClimateStrike #schoolstrike4climate
400k on #ClimateStrike in Australia alone. I think it's pretty clear this will be the biggest day of climate action in planetary history.
Great to have no single use plastics at the Centra Crosshaven triathlon water stations this year . One Green Village organised this with the support of Lynch's Centra Crosshaven and @Refill_Ireland #environment #plasticfree #ClimateAction

It’s not in our nature, is it in yours?
Not only does fly-tipping make our beautiful landscapes look not so beautiful, it can also cause harm to our environment and nature. Stop the dumping and report littering offences to 021 428 5417 @Dept_CCAE @MyWasteIreland

Remember ‘jelly’ shoes from your childhood... well they are back - and is not a good thing. This quote pretty sums up why: “Why would you want to be seen in something made purely of fossil fuels, most likely from fracked gas, in the middle of a climate emergency?”
We should be thinking about banning the use of the word "recycleable" in advertising.
It does not mean "going to be recycled". Or even that you actually can.
