I have heard similar allegations from Ex MS employees, too.
This statement from Microsoft, regarding the 6,000 H-1B visa applications this year, is wildly dishonest.
I spent many years working at Microsoft in the late 90s through the early 2000’s.
During that time I experienced and witnessed widespread discrimination against White employees.
- Long time “rockstar” White devs were given lower review ratings (and, hence, fewer pay raises) than their Indian co-workers (who were regularly less productive). Not occasionally. This happened so often that it was the norm.
- Indian managers would primarily only hire other Indian (and occasionally other Asian) applicants over White or Black applicants. Even when the White applicants were more qualified and local… and the Indian applicants required visa sponsorship, relocation costs, and extra accommodations. Again, not every now and then. This was the norm.
- On one time, the Indian management at Microsoft stuffed every White, Male employee (and ONLY White, Male employees) into a small office the size of a closet… while every Indian employee (even new, entry level ones) were given their own offices. Often with fancy-shmancy views.
I’ve kept in touch with many Microsoft engineers and managers… and, from everything I’ve heard from actual Microsoft employees, the situation has not improved in the slightest. It has gotten worse in many teams and Business Units.
Yes, most Microsoft employees in the USA are citizens of the USA. But they are not treated equally.

One of the best sermons I have ever heard came from Pastor Mitchell. I am a loyal fan and listen to their service via their podcast.
How do you claim to love Him and you have no desire to be where He is?

Dude, if this is a real post and a real response from Grok!
Christ is King!

We shouldn’t have to do this, but I completely understand. We are not all created equal, and because of nefarious actors, we need to go to great lengths.
I love these two pastors! Both are incredible individuals and I fully intend to attend both their services.
🚨 EXTENDED cut of my conversation with Pastor @PhilipAMitchell on Islam... This might be the most uncomfortable conversation for pastors to have right now.
We have 1,400 years of history as a guide. It would be very naive to think it will be different this time.
Another amazing content creator.
Love how AI is leveling the playing field.
Hollywood spent $200 million on He-Man, one of the worst films ever made.
I made Black Thunder for $2,000.
Mine is mid, yet has more soul than the entire Marvel cinematic universe combined.
PJ Ace is lying. AI is cheap & Hollywood is cooked.

Black Thunder (2026)
A retro fantasy sci-fi adventure for fans of practical-effects spectacle, bizarre creatures, outrageous heroes, cosmic mythology, dark comedy, and the gloriously unhinged genre movies of the 1980s
Making pickles is a joke. Everyone should be able to make them at home.
Your pickles were never fermented. Look at a jar of Vlasic dill spears. Cucumbers, water, distilled vinegar, salt, calcium chloride, polysorbate 80, natural flavor, turmeric extract for color. That's a cucumber soaked in vinegar, which the industry calls fresh pack. A fermented pickle sits in a salt brine for weeks and makes its own acid, so there's no vinegar added.
Everything after the vinegar is there to make up for what fermentation would have done on its own. Calcium chloride firms it up, because a fresh pack cucumber goes soft without it. Turmeric extract adds the color back. Polysorbate 80 is an emulsifier and it keeps the flavor oils from floating to the top of the jar.
If the ingredient list says vinegar, it wasn't naturally fermented. Being in the refrigerated case doesn't tell you anything either, since Claussen is refrigerated and lists distilled vinegar fourth. The ones that are actually fermented say so on the front, usually with the word unpasteurized.
Whomever runs this account is absolutely amazing!
What they wrote is absolute truthful insights and I have personally experienced this myself, too.
Thank you for coming out public with this information.
America’s corporate governance system is broken, and it’s killing public companies. Look no further than Cracker Barrel: Decades of brutal mismanagement have seen one incompetent CEO after another walk away with a massive paycheck while customers and actual shareholders take a beating.
Why does this keep happening? Because proxy advisory firms like ISS are corrupt. They blindly rubber-stamp failing boards year after year, protecting the corporate elite while burning shareholder value to the ground.
The root of the rot is index funds. There's no question that indexing one's money is a smart financial move for most people. But just because you passively index your investments doesn't mean your corporate votes should be handed over to the managers of your fund so they can play politics. Right now, passive funds hold massive, unchecked voting blocks while having zero skin in the game themselves.
It is time for a simple rewrite of the rules: We need to index the votes of index fund investors.
Passive index funds should be forced to automatically split their votes to proportionately mirror those of retail and active institutional shareholders — the people actually doing the research, risking their capital, and fighting for performance in the companies they hold shares in. No more rubber-stamping. A change like this will immediately strip corrupt gatekeepers like ISS of their toxic influence.
True accountability happens when lazy, overpaid boards actually answer to the stakeholders they represent, rather than screwing them over.
Actual, logic-driven governance when your money is passive happens when your vote passively follows the voting decisions of the actual market.
We need to stop letting passive capital protect active incompetence. By stripping index funds of their arbitrary voting power and empowering engaged investors, we will finally torch corporate cronyism and usher American capital markets into a golden age of capitalism.
This should be a campaign ad.
As usual @iamNickPeterson has made an epic video about today’s absurd world. He never fails to find the dry sense of humor in the crazy leftist’s antics. Thank you Nick for helping me laugh when I want to cry over the insanity of it all.
Flew up to company HQ, and had a ELT meeting. We will be proceeding forward.
Best of luck to Videra and their future endeavors.
