Just finished session with @vikramadhiman for @OnThatJob mentor edition, and omg I loved it for so many reasons!
At OTJ it is an effort to teach without jargons as much as possible & he taught us so many concepts with simple analogies.

Sparing a few companies, PMs starting out in their careers get 0 mentorship. You end up hunting the internet for posts, threads, anything that can shine a light on what you must do - I know this because that's exactly what I did! The job being poorly-defined doesn't help either.
