Everyone can read, but clearly not everyone processes what they read. The problem isn’t that nurses danced. The problem is the caption: “No sick oh, na Gen Z full hospital.” In a hospital, where people are vulnerable, that can easily come across as mocking or trivialising patients. Imagine a pilot making a similar video with “Don’t board o, na Gen Z dey fly plane” while dancing in uniform. People would immediately question the professionalism. So why is this suddenly “just cruise” because they’re nurses? Not everything needs to be defended as fun. A hospital is a place where professionalism and sensitivity should come first.
