Jeder Supermarkt klimatisiert.
Jeder Laden in einer Mall klimatisiert.
Jede Schule: Hitzefrei ab 27 Grad.
Jede Kita: Ventilatoren vom Elternbeirat.
Jedes Altersheim: Menschen sterben durch die Hitze.
Diese Gesellschaft schützt, was Geld bringt.
Nicht, was lebt.

Bitte nutzt eure Wochenenden.

Globally, there are approximately 1500 acid attacks a year. Most survivors of acid attacks are women and girls. One reason for attacks on women and girls is the refusal of marriage.
I painted the Iranian woman Marzieh Ebrahimi who survived an acid attack in 2014. #OrangeTheWorld

You were one of a kind and will be dearly missed, Iris. Rest in peace. 🖤
Last Sunday, on November 26th, my exhibition "Fearless Women" came to an end. In the past 12 weeks people had the chance to come together in the LWL-Park to see my paintings and to learn more about all these women that I painted.
@lwl_aktuell
The Ukrainian pianist, Olga Yermakova, was responsible for the musical framework of the event and shared her talent with us. She and her family came to my hometown in Germany after the Ukrainian War started.
Today was a beautiful autumn day at my art exhibition in Warstein. I show 15 portraits of my portrait series "Fearless Women" in the LWL clinic park, where people can come together and learn more about these women and what they represent. @lwl_aktuell
The women I painted represent topics such as anti-Semitism, structural racism, violence against women or the climate catastrophe. These women give suggestions on how we can fight against all these injustices. They inspire and encourage people to work for a fairer world.

In 2020 I painted this portrait of you. ❤️🎂
"It's very tiring to make things happen, to learn how to master a skill, to push fears aside. Most people would rather just go with the flow; it's much easier. But it's not very interesting."
