What a day it's been. One of those days I'll never forget in 4 years of web3. In 2013 I saw @garyvee speak at an event and shortly after read his book on his recommendation "Jab, Jab, Jab, Right Hook" He left an impact. 9 years later in early 2022, I hear he is into NFTs along with Mike Shinoda and a few other celebs and people I liked. I dove in and never looked back. Today I own my passion project @quirkiesnft . This is the project I want to build for the rest of my life. I'm so humbled that today, I got to speak with Gary on spaces and then shortly after he jumped in and grabbed not one but two OG @quirkiesnft So... I have been looking to get back into @veefriends and decided today was the day. I go shopping and what pops up... Sympathic Squid. Why is this the insta-buy 3 reasons : 1 - No lions available (fav animal) 2 - I feel I am a sympathetic person, love helping others, love contributing and 3rd and most important - SQUID IS THE co-mascot of Quirkies. Pretty fitting that my Vee Friend is a Squid when that's a main character in the Quirkies story and lore... which is the exact topic of convo today that got Gary excited about our vision with Quirks. I'm pumped we get to collect and support each other @garyvee I'm also super proud that like 5-6 Quirkies got their first Vee Friend today... we built a community that supports those who support us. That's what will make web3 better. @jeremyknowsVF ... you know what time it is and thank you for your help, your friendship and your confidence.
