Ok, I’m happy for you. But if this is you we gonna have some problems…
I have never been so happy to be out of clinical practice as I am right now.

In Alaska you carry a shotgun in case of a grizzly. In Texas you carry in case of mosquitoes.
Bug bites definitely hit different in Texas than they do in Alaska. I never really wonder what bit me when I’m up there. Down here, it’s always a concern lol

It’s like you can feel all the energy drain out of you. A simple instruction missed at the very beginning screws up two months of sweating your balls off work. Actual risk to life/safety type work. Got a fat cheek of Redman (ABC) rn so no one sees I’m so mad I’m spitting blood.

I need to give a gift. But it can’t be known I’m the source. I can’t figure this one out.

The first is the original flag for us Texians. The second is the translation into Spanish for the Mexican army.

It’s ok to become wealthy and powerful. But only use that wealth and power in the way the Lord instructs you to. And make sure it’s the Lord you’re getting your instructions from.

I’ve actually had a patient where I didn’t know if they needed the 5/4/25 of haldol/ativan/benadryl or an Exorcist. And unless you have also you should probably keep your mouth shut on psychiatry issues because you’re an ignorant fuck. Questions?

For those seeking Emergency Medical care… If the physician on duty is an old gray haired fat man that fits the textbook definition of "curmudgeon", make sure you have read his Facebook closely. You may want to seek care elsewhere, as those jokes he posted prolly ain’t jokes.

That preacher starts talking I can fall asleep sitting straight up. With babies crying. No problem. But if those babies stop crying I wake up immediately.

I decided food prep is Applied Organic Chemistry. Knew a gal that graduated early 80’s from TAMU with a BS in Food Science. She started at FritoLay at $125k. Another fella became a millionaire selling sugar. I no longer laugh at those folks.
This green sauce is dangerously addictive - simple ingredients, 10 minutes to make, and one secret ingredient that changes the final flavor. Make it once and you’ll put it on EVERYTHING.

I’ve still not found a single large animal veterinarian who got significantly ill from covid. Because sticking your arm up a cow’s ass and getting sprayed with other coronaviruses is protective. Not rocket science. We all used the same textbooks.

Endchondroma -> Chondrosarcoma I told you not to take those shots. Maybe if I knew how to be nice and cajole people. But I don’t. I only know how to tell the truth. Bluntly. This fucking sucks.

Reposting. It’s obvious.
Interesting. 🧐. Should I delete my post?

I quit reposting things for a long time for two reasons. 1. I don’t get hardly any traction and it’s a little embarrassing to get someone 3 views. 2. I don’t remember who, but someone convinced me long ago reposts were completely pointless. I think I’ll start doing it more.

I get only 3 hrs sleep last night, come home and lay down. Didn’t even hear the thunder until 102lbs of chickenshit hairy shedding pussy mf’ing GSD jumps on the bed and headbutts me in the face all whimpering and shit. Not afraid of any other animal. But a little of thunder…

Damn fine woman. Give her the money back.
Not all heroes wear capes: Former Long Island nurse Julie DeVuono raked in $1.5 million selling fake COVID vaccine cards. Now New York just hit her with a record $544,000 fine. The Amityville nurse practitioner ran Wild Child Pediatric Healthcare and sold the phony cards to parents. Adults paid up to $350. Kids cost $85. She entered the fake shots into the state database so the cards looked real. Prosecutors said she never gave the actual vaccines and tossed real doses in the trash. Cops raided her home, grabbed nearly $900,000 in cash plus a ledger showing the $1.5 million haul. She pleaded guilty to forgery and money laundering. S he forfeited $1.2 million, lost her licenses, closed the clinic, and got community service instead of jail. The $544,000 civil penalty from the state Health Department is the biggest for vaccination fraud in its 125-year history. She sold the cards to parents of at least 162 school kids. The state has already voided hundreds more of her childhood vaccine records. This might tick some of you off... but we'd like to buy this woman a beer. #lawenforcement
