I honestly can't wrap my head around people who have zero empathy. Like, how do you not pause for even one second and picture how it would feel if someone did the exact same thing to you?

This is how to perform CPR if someone needs it around you. Share this video. You might save a life doing so. And tag a friend who needs to learn this. 1. Make sure the person is safe 2. Call for help 3. Check for breathing 4. Place the heel of your hand in between the chest 5. Compress chest 30 times 6. Raise jaw and breathe into mouth 7. Repeat this process until you get the required help

Just be you. A small note to young people trying to figure out their careers. There is so much pressure now to become something very early. You are told to pick a niche, build your brand, position yourself, become known for something and make sure every internship, course or new skill contributes to the story you are trying to tell about yourself. I understand why. Careers require some intentionality, and it is useful to have a sense of where you might be going. But I also think we can become so concerned with constructing the person we think the world will reward that we stop paying attention to the person we actually are. Some of the most useful things you will learn about yourself will come from simply doing things and noticing what happens. You take on an assignment and discover that you are unusually good at it. Someone gives you a difficult problem and, while everyone else is frustrated by it, you find yourself enjoying the process of figuring it out. You enter a new environment without any grand plan and, after a while, people begin coming to you for particular things. Someone trusts you with a little more responsibility, then a little more, and before long you realize that there is something others have been seeing in you that you may not even have had the language to describe yourself. Pay attention to those things, especially to what people repeatedly trust you with when you haven’t told them who you are supposed to be. I also think there should be room in a young life for things that don’t immediately contribute to a career plan. Read something because you want to understand it. Learn a language because you are curious about another part of the world. Take an opportunity because it sounds interesting even if you cannot immediately explain how it fits. Go into rooms where you know very little and listen. Apply for strange things occasionally. Some of them will become important later and some will lead nowhere, but you don’t need to know which is which before you begin. We often look at successful people afterwards and imagine that they must have understood the direction of their lives all along. Usually, we are looking at a story that has become coherent in retrospect. Living it is different. You make decisions with incomplete information, follow some interests, abandon others, meet people you could never have planned to meet and occasionally walk through a door without knowing that it will change the direction of everything that comes afterwards. Perhaps we spend too much of our early years trying to become the person we imagine we should be at 40 or 50, when we haven’t lived enough yet to know who that person will be. Do good work wherever you are. Become useful. Keep learning. Take responsibility when it comes and see what you do with it. Protect your curiosity. Notice the work that gives you energy and the problems you seem able to handle. Notice what people ask you to do again after seeing you do it once. Notice the subjects you keep returning to even when nobody is paying you or requiring you to care about them. Over time, those things begin to tell you something. A career may eventually emerge from them. You may discover an area in which you want to become exceptionally good. You may even look backwards one day and find a remarkably coherent story connecting things that felt completely unrelated while you were living them. But you don’t need to manufacture that story before you’ve had the chance to live it. There is value in planning your life, but leave enough room in the plan to discover yourself too. Just be you, and give yourself enough time and experience to find out what that actually means. P.S. Sometimes when I write these notes to young people, I am talking to myself too. I haven’t figured out many things yet. We are all still a work in progress. #YouWillNotFail

Basic cybersecurity course should be made compulsory for everyone. We live in dangerous times. Any Cybersecurity conscious person will have cymbals clanging in their heads when they see that second link. ak.fegw.eu ?????? Let me give you another example. Look at the attached image: At first glance, the two links look exactly the same. ✅ google.com Here the third letter “o” is the regular Latin character. ❌ gоogle.com Here the third letter “o” is a cyrillic character. This is known as a homograph attack, a phishing trick where attackers replace familiar Latin letters with look-alike characters from other alphabets. Everytime you're unsure, go to the official website of the service. With links, ALWAYS think before you click.
“I don’t know who to blame, whether it was my service provider or the Road Safety officials. Yesterday, I received a message about a Road Safety violation. I clicked the link and paid a fine of just ₦5, only to wake up this morning and discover that millions of naira had been wiped from my account.” — MC Monica cr!es out after løsing millions of naira from his account overnight

Dear career woman, please, when it is time to make a lifetime commitment, do not marry down. If you want to enjoy both your career and your marriage, be careful about marrying a man you are significantly ahead of academically and financially. As time goes on your career will grow. Your income will grow. Your exposure and responsibilities will grow. If your husband is unable to grow with you, that gap will eventually become a source of conflict in the marriage. Do not make the mistake of thinking love alone will close that gap. You may live to regret it. Choose a man whose ambition, capacity and mindset is greater than yours so you can always look up to him. If you so desire to be an exception, then good luck to you.

Happened to me once & I never forgot this rule of thumb again: unsure if a bunch of eggs are good, get a bowl filled with water, & drop them in gently. -Sinks & lies flat: Fresh & good eggs -Sinks & upstanding: Not fresh but good. -Floats: Bad eggs. Thank me later.
Broke 6 eggs into a bowl, wanted to add the 7th, did, and it was bad. Entire bowl ruined, house stinks. How’s your own morning going dawlings?😊

Replying to @TechnicalBben
@TechnicalBben guide on direct shopping was elite, but let’s be honest. it was mostly for the guys. Shopping on Temu as a woman who loves a high-end, luxury aesthetic is an entirely different sport. If you don't know what you’re typing into that search bar, you will end up with a box full of shiny, plastic-feeling polyester that looks nothing like the pictures. I shop on Temu all the time, so let me save the day for the girls. If you want your clothes to look expensive on a budget, stop searching for generic words and start using these exact quality keywords instead: 1. Office Trousers & Blazers Avoid: Generic "office pants" (they will be thin and feel like plastic). Search for: "High-waist terylene trousers", "viscose blend blazer", or "heavy drape wide-leg pants". Terylene is the secret material that makes trousers fall heavily and look expensive all day. 2. Knitwear & Tight Tops Avoid: Basic spandex or thin nylon. Search for: "Ribbed modal top", "viscose-knit bodysuit", or "heavyweight cotton-elastane". Modal is a game-changer. It feels like butter on your skin, doesn't fade easily, and hugs your body beautifully. 3. Silk & Satin (Dresses & Shirts) Avoid: 100% polyester satin (it reflects light too brightly and feels hot). Search for: "Mulberry silk blend shirt", "heavyweight satin slip dress", or "acetate satin". Acetate and heavyweight satin have a soft, expensive glow that looks exactly like real silk. 4. Jewelry (The Non-Tarnish Secret) Avoid: "Alloy" or "fashion jewelry" (it will turn green before the package even arrives in Nigeria). Search for: "18K PVD gold plated stainless steel", "925 sterling silver geometric earrings", or "waterproof titanium steel". PVD plating is vacuum-sealed, meaning you can literally sweat and bathe in it without it fading. 5. Bags & Leather Items Avoid: "PU leather" unless you check the details (it peels very fast). Search for: "Split leather tote bag", "suede leather shoulder bag", or "microfiber leather". Microfiber leather is a high-grade material that actually feels like real leather and doesn't crack. 6. The Sizing Trap (Shoes & Clothes) The Shoe Rule: Temu sizes can be confusing because they mix China, UK, and US metrics. If you are buying heels or slides and see words like "elastic," "stretch knit," or "elastic strap" in the description, go one size smaller. Stretch materials loosen up quickly, and sizing down keeps them from slipping off your feet. Measure, Don't Guess: Stop assuming your normal size will fit perfectly. Get a measuring tape, measure your foot length in centimeters, and match it directly to their specific centimeter size chart. It’s the only way to avoid buying shoes that look like canoes. The Clothes Rule: If you’re buying items that need a tight fit (like trousers or corsets), look for words like "elastane" or "spandex." If it has 0% stretch, buy a size bigger. If it’s a "viscose-knit" or "modal blend," stay true to your size because the fabric naturally stretches. My Personal Rules to Separate the Gems from the Junk: Sort by "Most Orders" first: Let other people be the guinea pigs. Only look for items that thousands of people have already bought. The Nigerian Review Rule: Scroll down and look for reviews from Nigerians. We do not hide our feelings. If the material is rubbish, a Nigerian buyer will say it plainly in the comments. Check the Customer Photos: If there are no real pictures in the review section showing the actual fabric under normal lighting, do not add it to your cart. Ignore the word "Luxury" in titles: The title is just a trick to get you to click. Scroll straight down to the "Specification" tab and read the actual fabric breakdown. Percentages don't lie. You don't need a million bucks to look put together; you just need to know how to read the description tag.
Once you learn how to shop directly from China, E.g Temù or shien your wardrobe changes completely. Call me cheap I don't care I ain't rich, I don't do fraud.😭 It's knowing what to search for. Here's my style after making plenty of mistakes. 1. T-shirts: Skip 100% polyester unless you're buying gym wear. Instead, search: • 100% Cotton • Combed Cotton • Heavyweight Cotton • 240-300 GSM Cotton • Premium Cotton • Mercerized Cotton The heavier the GSM, the thicker and more premium the shirt usually feels. 2. Jeans: Denim Jeans Temu is surprisingly good for denim if you know what to search. Search: • Denim Jeans • Cotton Denim • Raw Denim • Selvedge Denim (if available) • 98% Cotton + 2% Elastane • 99% Cotton Avoid jeans with high polyester content. The more cotton, the better they'll age and feel. 3. Body-hug clothing: Search: • Ribbed Knit • Modal • Viscose Blend • Cotton-Spandex Blend They hold their shape much better than cheap polyester. 4. Hoodies Search: • 400 GSM • French Terry • Cotton Fleece • Heavyweight Hoodie 5. Chains Search: • 316L Stainless Steel • Titanium Steel • PVD Gold Plated • Vacuum Plated These are far more resistant to fading than ordinary fashion jewelry. 6. Earrings Search: • 925 Sterling Silver • 316L Stainless Steel • Hypoallergenic • Moissanite (if you're buying stones) 7. Scarves Search: • Mulberry Silk • Silk Blend • Cashmere Blend • Wool Blend • Viscose Avoid the shiny, thin polyester scarves if you're after a premium look. 8. Loafers Search: • Genuine Leather • Cow Leather • Full Grain Leather (rare but worth looking for) • Rubber Outsole 9. Sneakers Search: • Rubber Outsole • EVA Midsole • Breathable Mesh • Leather Upper • Stitched Sole Pictures lie a lot The description usually tells the truth. Here's how I shop: 1. Read the material composition before anything else. 2. Sort by Most Orders or Best Selling, not cheapest. 3. Only buy products with lots of reviews or pictures or even better when a Nigerian has purchased it before they always tell the truth. 4. Read the 1-star reviews first. They'll tell you what the seller won't. 5. Look at customer photos, not the product photos. 6. Check the weight of the product. Better quality clothing is often heavier. 7. Read the size chart. Don't assume your Nigerian size matches. 8. If the title has words like "luxury," "premium," or "designer" but the material is 100% polyester, not everything but still move on. Your best friend isn't the product picture. It's the material, the reviews, and the customer photos. That's how you separate the gems from the junk. I hope this help. Things are to expensive for a country this poor.

I think its Yahoo boys that's making some of you clowns You are a security man You see me 10 times, you beg and hail me 10 times You sell shoes 85k I can get on Temu for 50k with free delivery You open a restaurant and use plastic takeaway to sell one plate of Egusi soup for 18k. Just because Yahoo boys are tipping you everytime you hail them or because Yahoo boys are buying 5$ Chinese sneakers for 85k or because Yahoo boys mostly do not have taste and will accept 18k soup in a black SUP plastic takeaway That does not mean we are all Yahoo boys I am not giving you shishi unless you earn it. If you like hail me 1 million times I will buy my cheap Chinese shoes on Temu and I will not accept an SUP for an 18k soup
