Every child learns differently. Every family has different needs. And no single school is the right fit for every student.
That's why educational freedom matters.
With more than 42,000 Oklahoma students participating in the Parental Choice Tax Credit program this school year, thousands of families are finding opportunities that better meet their children's individual needs.
Because when it comes to education, parents deserve options — and every child deserves the opportunity to succeed.

🇺🇸 A historic expansion of school choice is just around the corner!
A new analysis from the Bipartisan Policy Center finds that 31 states are moving forward with the new federal Education Freedom Tax Credit, which takes effect January 1, 2027.
The program will allow taxpayers to receive federal tax credits for contributions to scholarship organizations that help students access educational opportunities — including private school tuition, tutoring and other qualifying expenses.
And according to federal estimates, 96% of students in participating states could meet the eligibility requirements.
Oklahoma is already on board!
More educational opportunities. More flexibility for families. More power for parents to choose what works best for their children.

🎃👻 #HappyHalloween from AFC-Oklahoma!
Every child is unique, and today is all about celebrating creativity, imagination, and a little bit of magic!
Whether your little ones are superheroes, princesses, ghosts, or goblins, we hope Oklahoma families have a fun, safe, and memorable Halloween! 🍬✨
The next generation of parents is already thinking about educational freedom.
Every family deserves to know what their children are learning and have the opportunity to choose the school that best meets their needs.
That's what #schoolchoice is all about.
“I want to have the ability as a future father to know what my kids are learning at school.”
A 19-year-old Texas voter stunned a Dallas diner crowd when asked about the #1 issue driving him to the ballot box:
“See if they’re being indoctrinated or not, and if they are, I want to have the freedom to put them in a place where they truly prosper.”
Every Oklahoma child deserves an education that prepares them for success. Unfortunately, too many are falling behind.
A new report reveals that in 59 Oklahoma public school districts, a majority of students scored far below grade-level expectations in reading or math for two consecutive years.
These troubling results are another reminder of why educational choice matters.
When a school isn't meeting a child's needs, families deserve the freedom to find an environment where their student can thrive.
Our focus should always be on what works best for students — not protecting a one-size-fits-all system.

Oklahoma’s Parental Choice Tax Credit is helping more than 42,000 students access the education that works best for them. But a new June 15 application deadline may be leaving some families behind.
Private-school leaders say many working families don’t begin exploring new school options until later in the summer. Military families can face the same challenge, with many arriving in Oklahoma after June 15 because of summer reassignments.
That means some families may miss the application window before they even have a chance to choose a school.
School choice works best when families can actually access it. Lawmakers are already discussing changes to the application window ahead of the 2027 legislative session.
