On this day every year I would have gotten Betty🌈 to pose for a photo, but as she’s no longer with us I’m using a few of my favourites to celebrate National Black Dog Day instead. She actually appeared in my dream last night, I’m pretty sure it was to remind me to post about her

It doesn’t seem possible that Betty has been gone a week🌈. Our neighbours had a skip delivered today, the house was silent. Usually Betty would have barked the house down at her annoyance at them making a noise. She had the most annoying bark but its a bark I’ll forever miss 💔

A post I never wanted to write, but I knew one day I’d have to💔 Betty crossed over the Rainbow Bridge last night. She was at home and surrounded by love🌈 Don’t cry because she’s gone, smile because you knew her and she touched your life🪽

Today we are remembering Albert who crossed over the Rainbow Bridge 4yrs ago today🌈💙 We still think about him everyday. We miss you little man💔

I continue to defy the odds against me. 3wks ago today they said I had days left, but here I am. No one tells Betty what to do 💪🏼 ❤️

Well folks, I’m still here. Last week the vet lady said I could just have days left but I thought Nah! I’ll stay a bit longer. Who knows what later today, tomorrow or the coming days might bring. But right now I’m here and I’m happy❤️

The vet gave me some bad news today. The humans took me to the beach for maybe my last time this evening. I have been fighting cancer for the last 4yrs and I WILL wag my tail till the very end❤️
