1/ In the wake of @layerzero_labs official launch, many people began to think about an obvious use case: NFTs. A thread on the @gh0stlygh0sts, and how omnichain NFTs may disrupt current NFT market dynamics in ways we didn’t expect 👇
Only wish the message UI would display the icon/name of the NFT that's in the discussion. Also @WalletConnect support on mobile. 🙏@BlockscanHQ

Update: directionally correct, wrong on the exact mechanism
The flywheel is more like:
- Whales opportunistically create @NFTX_ vaults
- @gemxyz integration surfaces liquidity
- Traders swap NFTs for hidden gems
- yield attracts more LPs
- spreads narrow / marketshare increases

merry xmon!
feeling cute, decided to vampire opensea infra with @sudoswap
any opensea link for an nft now redirects to sudoswap if you change the "p" to a "w", making it owensea!
one click to make swap offers, and asset pages let you see what offers have been made!

Bought a little someone for myself. A whole 3D fractal jungle by @saveasART 💚
@OhJia Hey, you are the first person who bought my NFT, this sale is a gift to me and it would inspire me to continue creating more fractal art. My old machine is working and rendering slowly.
Thank you and Merry Christmas.

Since there seems to be growing confusion on this: I have nothing to do with anything that FB is up to involving the Metaverse, other than the obvious fact that they're using a term I coined in Snow Crash. There has been zero communication between me and FB & no biz relationship.
