I was able to get my belongings back and I’m very fortunate that I was a lot bigger and faster than this guy. It could have easily gone down differently and I’m lucky it went how it did. After getting back to my apartment I realized they were there for atleast 5 minutes or more

He made himself at home. Took off his shoes. Plugged in my Christmas tree lights! Turned on my PC and PS5 to try and charge his things. Sat at my desk. Sat on my couch. And I was 20 feet away alseep. It’s really unsettling knowing someone invaded your home like it was their own.

I don’t post very often, but I just wanted people to know that I never thought this would happen to me, but one morning it did. It’s a really scary feeling and I hope whoever reads this learns from what happened to me and is a little more aware of the dangers that surround them.

On Thursday, at 4 am, I woke up to a stranger opening my bedroom door. I was able to force them out of my apartment without any damage done to myself but realized that my keys, wallet, and cash weren’t where I kept them. After noticing, I took off after him and took him down.
