We're thrilled that Lone Star Justice Alliance has been selected for the 2026 @OpenAIFoundation People-First AI Fund. We're excited to explore how AI can help expand access to justice and strengthen outcomes for young people, families, and communities across Texas. #AIforGood
Today, we’re announcing 163 organizations selected to receive $50M through the 2026 People-First AI Fund.
Across 35 states + D.C., grantees are exploring how AI can strengthen community support services, arts & culture, and local journalism, while helping the people they serve engage with and shape its use.
We’re honored to support this work across the country.

Our legal team cut Sarah’s 20-year sentence—received at 15 for crimes of her trafficker—by 7.5 years and won her a favorable parole vote. At 24, her resilience is an inspiration. She’ll be free within a year.

Hope is moving forward! 🌟 Yesterday the Senate voted SB 10 — #MercyForSurvivors — out of committee unanimously. This bill will protect trafficking victims from punishment for crimes they were forced to commit. Thank you to our partners who made this possible! #LetMercyLead
