earlier this year we were feeling less inspired by dubstep, felt like a big part of the bass scene was remixes of pop songs. LET ME BE CLEAR we have nothing against remixes of pop songs, it’s not our thing, but a bunch of producers made insane flips. That being said, recently, we’ve felt very inspired by the dubstep we’re making. It feels more raw and punk. So much music is on the way next few months. We’re in a very fun place creatively 🫡

Just opened twitter for the first time in a while today, big mistake 😅 just seeing people talk about content and how fucked the industry is. I’m not gonna dive into all that BUT don’t forget that everything is also fucked because of gen AI and stupid suno. Everything is saturated with bullshit and aislop. It’s harder than ever to find real things. And big PR firms are pumping 10000 videos, promos and songs a day while independent artists struggle to keep up.
But here’s the thing, you don’t have to keep up. You simply have to keep making real human art that you resonate with. Cause it’s legit impossible to keep up.
I believe in human art and human experiences. And hopefully that’s what gets us out of this weird era of bs.
