I highly recommend this film. It is a testament to the power partnerships. In the time it takes most of us to read this @drh1019 and @Mr_Jerome_Avery can run 100m. Wondering how hard #TokyoParalympics will be 4 both and what it must be like for the new guide runner.

U.S. Capitol custodians played a major role last week in enabling legislators to finish certifying the Electoral College votes by cleaning up the mess left by the rioters. In appreciation, a campaign started to send thank you notes to the staff: bit.ly/2XILLUp #CMMDaily

Miriam Carey, a Black woman having a mental health crisis, was shot 5 times & killed by U.S. Capitol Police in '13 for simply trying to breach security barriers. She was unarmed & had her 13-mos old baby daughter in the car.
