At long last mystery solved. The person who made the little plaque with a etching of Freddie Mercury is Lino Cericola who lives in Feltham originally from South Africa. A dedicated Freddie Mercury Fan.

I attended Community Solutions at Feltham Assembly Hall session today, it is very informative, please come every Tuesday afternoon, 2pm - 5pm and discuss your issues, our best borough officers are there to help you.
A very big thank you to The Centre for its generous donation and for becoming our first ‘swan’ member. The funding will help us ensure that the planters on the railings along the High Street always look good, whatever the season.
