I’ve migrated to the Good App. Find me there if you dare. 🦋

Game clear #17 for 2024: #YsXNordics I’ll have to sleep on full thoughts, but the last chapter of the game brought my opinion of it even higher. While it maybe doesn’t quite hit the pinnacles of ARPG greatness (Tales of Symphonia & Grandia II) it feels cut from the same cloth.

I love this game, I feel it coming to a close and I don’t want it to end. #YsXNordics

Dual combat raid. #YsXNordics

Disappointed that the physical for Metal Slug Tactics is only available through @LimitedRunGames. 👎 Between that and who owns over 96% of SNK stock (you can look it up) I may have to skip this game, despite how much I’ve been looking forward to it. (Or wait and buy a used copy.)

What a month for nautical adventure fans. ⚓️

Solo combat. #YsXNordics

Ys X: Nordics continues to draw me in with a satisfying gameplay loop, seafaring exploration and fast-paced combat. 🐚

Ys X: Nordics just keeps getting better. ⚓️

Y’all, I am bewitched over this. Over the moon, even! Somehow I won a giveaway for ALL OF THE BAYONETTA from @PNPGames, and I am eternally grateful. Thank you! 🌙

Of all the conveniences that modern gaming affords us… this is by far my favorite.

Look what washed ashore! 🌊

After some cleaning and fiddling, the free Game Boy I snagged is alive! Well, mostly. The screen obviously needs to be replaced, and the audio doesn’t work, so I’m guessing it needs a new speaker. 🪛

While I’m somehow still excited about Metal Slug Tactics after so many delays, it couldn’t possibly be coming out at a worse time.

Clearing out random stuff from the bins I had all my games in. Totally forgot that I was able to snag one of these enamel pin sets last year, but then almost immediately had to pack everything and move. Definitely putting these to use this winter. ⛄️

I love Nintendo dearly, but in so many ways they just don’t understand how the internet works.

Mega late to this party, but I just beat the Splatoon 3 single player campaign that I didn’t even know existed. Incredible game! 🐙
