Taking place on 22 April in Nottingham and online, the event brings together PCN leaders, clinical directors, GPs, management teams and commissioners for a day focused on the future of primary care.
This year’s theme is 'From Networks to Neighbourhoods', which will explore how the NHS 10 Year Plan and emerging neighbourhood models are shaping the next chapter for PCNs.
