Nymeth’s size comparison depends entirely on Maria’s mood when describing her. 🐉 For the #lesficfri theme, “quick.” 🖤
Excerpt on black and red dragon scale background with white dragon separating the text: “I came as quickly as I could,” Emilia assured her. Maria narrowed her eyes at that. “You rode a dragon with a wingspan the size of a small continent, and this was the quickest you could come?” Emilia lifted her eyebrows in amusement. “Nymeth is nowhere near as large as you seem to think she is.” — from GODDESS OF THE SEA, LESBIANS, PIRATES, & DRAGONS: BOOK 2, by Britney Jackson.

#lesficfri - today's word is quick. This is from my f/f novel Of Dungarees, Wellies, and Wedding Dresses. I wish more people would give this one a try. Both Beth and Chrissy are such strong characters. books2read.com/OfDWWD

Happy Thur #lesficfri Friends! 🤗 Tomorrow's theme is ****QUICK**** There are a lot of things that can happen QUICKLY in a story, would you agree? A QUICK smile, gasp, wink, shrug...the list is endless. What's happening QUICKLY with your characters these days? 👀😉🏃‍♀️

Fun fact: I wrote this scene after one of my many dreams where I’d forgotten my mom was dead. It’s a part of grief that I don’t think gets discussed much. For the #lesficfri theme, “dream.” 🖤
Excerpt on night sky background with full moon, stars, and clouds and with a white dragon separating the text: “One of the most disconcerting aspects of dreaming was how Emilia never remembered the person standing in front of her was dead until after she awoke.” — from GODDESS OF THE SEA, LESBIANS, PIRATES, & DRAGONS: BOOK 2, by Britney Jackson.

Goddess of the Sea & Pirates of Aletharia were featured in I Heart SapphFic’s Fantasy week! 🖤 Aletharia is the high fantasy world where the Lesbians, Pirates, & Dragons series takes place. It’s inspired in part by our own history, though it’s different in…a few ways. 😅 (1/3)

#lesficfri Her eyes were somehow familiar, and I suddenly felt as if we’d known each other for years. But that was impossible. “My eyes are green, by the way,” I teased, dropping my gaze to her lips and back up again. “In case you were #wondering.”

#Lesficfri and the word is TROUBLE. Believe it or not I might have had this nickname as a kid. 🤫 Here's a less grumpy Al, from my wildness adventure Double Dyno. You could check a #sapphicbookbingo box. Read by the stunning Jessie Elwyn. #sapphicromance a.co/d/iUEiLRo
