A note to the Frogs.
In part of the book “Good to Great,” it discusses the concept of confronting the brutal facts as a critical component of achieving greatness.
This principle emphasizes the importance of acknowledging reality even when it is harsh or uncomfortable.
The key is to be able to face challenges head-on, while maintaining an unwavering optimism.
This balance between realism and optimism is highlighted in the “Stockdale Paradox” (google it).
For the Frogs to move to the next level, we are going to have to face some uncomfortable truths head on.
How we handle those truths will be key to whether or not we claim our rightful status as one of the NFT “blue chips.”
