This is Trust & Safety 2.0.
The last time we had media-generated panics like this (with Russiagate and Covid), social media companies created “trust & safety” teams to censor conservative and dissident voices. Those hires worked with left-wing NGOs like the SPLC to police public discourse and do an end-run around the First Amendment. It almost worked, until Elon bought Twitter and exposed the whole game in the Twitter Files.
This time the plan is to embed unfireable EA minders inside every AI company as the new trust-and-safety layer. The censorship and control will be far more comprehensive, but also more subtle. Anytime they don’t get what they want, this unaccountable NGO layer (with the veneer of “trust the experts” pseudoscience) will shriek to the press that the AI company is risking humanity, and they will be celebrated as “whistleblowers.”
These groups haven’t earned our trust, and their agenda is not our safety.

This was a tragic self-own by the medical community prior to COVID but only made worse after.
My entire career has been witness to physicians repeatedly giving up autonomy in the face of persistent coercion to do so to control costs, improve quality and increase access. We did it with the best of intentions.
But our patients saw a different picture. The conversion from local practices to "health systems" resulted in frustrating communication issues, difficulty in getting to office visits in large buildings with bad parking, impersonal treatment by random staff, short attention by overworked physicians, confusing care strategies with specialist appointments for trivial matters, etc.
For our patients, it was an overly complicated process that resulted in one basic problem: loss of control over their health.
Human beings are hard wired to control their own existence. When you separate them from their own agency, they will seek alternatives.
Most of the alternative health strategies play on this loss of control. "Your doctor doesn't want you to know..." or the like. People can do "their own research" online and order a product to be delivered to their door later that day.
Current medical practice simply doesn't live in this world. We will need to earn this trust back.
IMHO, DPC is probably the most reasonable path to regaining our trust. I hope it continues to thrive.

I love the fact that within ten years the whole, degenerate "transgender medicine" scam, run by psychopaths, pedophiles, child butchers, and pharma, will be dead and disavowed globally.

Under President Trump’s and Secretary Kennedy’s leadership, CDC will follow the facts and tell the American people the truth.
Governor Shapiro's unseemly rush to Lancaster County to convene a national press conference and his giddy delight in announcing two measles deaths was a morose commentary on the contemporary political dialogue. The performance was a replay of the Democrats' COVID playbook: fearmongering, misinformation, finger-pointing, and the weaponization of infectious disease fears for political gain.
The announcement appears to have been premature, and the deaths may even have been altogether fabricated by one of the Governor's hopeful staffers. The Lancaster County Coroner says that it has no record of any measles deaths. State law requires that all measles deaths be reported to the coroner.
Governor Shapiro shattered tradition and violated standard public health policy by refusing to share information with the County Health Department or CDC.
Since I have been in office, CDC has had a superb record of cooperation, information sharing, and professionalism with blue- and red-state governors and health officials. Those collaborations have resulted in effective control of the global measles outbreak in this country.
Governor Shapiro got his headlines. He correctly gambled that the slavish mainstream media would dutifully amplify his scolding without any effort to check his facts.

Man: Working to ensure my family was looked after, worrying constantly about what would happen if I lost my job or couldn’t work, making sure my home is secure, doing all of the outside work and chores without a word of thanks, being the “bad cop” to the kids and feeling guilty about it. Then listening to a bunch of psychotic selfish women on the internet complain that they did the shopping and decorate the house to please themselves whilst claiming that they had it tough.
To please themselves being the key point here. The man didn’t ask you to spend 5 hours decorating. He told you it looked nice to please you. If he’d tried to help, he would have been told he was doing it wrong. You didn’t do it to please him. You did it to please yourself / show off to your friends and family. He would have been happy to plonk a $50 pre decorated tree on the floor for the kids and call it a day.
Same with the food etc. He’d have been happy to chuck a piece of meat on the bbq and buy a salad.
Most women create their own burden, and they create it because they want to look good to other women.
You wonder why you’re all so fucking miserable in your marriages and relationships? It’s because you’ve been taught to be so painfully fucking selfish and short sighted that you can’t take stock of and appreciate what your man actually does for you. Men carry their burdens silently most of the time. Maybe if you tried saying “thank you” for the things he did, he’d be more inclined to spend an hour helping you hang fake ivy around the house.

As a nurse, I’ve been around thousands of psychotic people and none of them would have had the mental capacity to carry out one murder like this, much less 3. Think about what happened in those final moments.
Lindsay Clancy calmly wrapped her rubber exercise band around 8 month old Callan’s chubby neck as her two other children looked on.
As she pulled the band tighter and tighter, he couldn’t understand what was happening. For about 15 seconds, the pain was localized to his neck as his airway was crushed and his skin painfully pinched. 15 seconds later, his little lungs felt intense burning due to the build up of carbon dioxide. As he gasped for air and struggled to escape, the blood trapped in his skull started pounding, causing excruciating pressure and his eyes began to bulge. She continued to squeeze while he endured unimaginable pain and terror until he finally lost consciousness after 3 tortured minutes. Once he finally stopped fighting, his mother kept the pressure on his neck for 2-3 more minutes until she thought she’d finished the job. One body down in 6 minutes.
Little Dawson, 3, must’ve sensed what was about to happen to him because he ran to his father’s office, likely seeking a safe space. That’s where Lindsay caught him and wrapped an exercise band around his neck. A three year old is stronger than an infant and she’d have had to use much greater force to subdue him even though the timeline would have remained similar. Three minutes of horrific pain and terror until a loss of consciousness then 3 more minutes of pressure to finish the job. Two kids down in 12 minutes.
It would have been even more difficult to with her only daughter, Cora, 5. The little girl would have witnessed one, if not both of her brothers, being systematically strangled by her mother. But fight as she might, she was no match for her mother. Lindsey Clancy caught her, held her down, and began the killing ritual. As the band went around her neck and the life was squeezed out of her over the next 6 minutes, she’d wondered why her mommy was hurting her. Imagine the pain, the confusion, the horror the little one endured in her final moments.
It took Lindsay 18 minutes to kill all three of her children.
Death by strangulation isn’t a fast or painless death, as she well knew since she was an RN. It is an up close and personal killing and she’d have witnessed every moment of pain and terror in their helpless eyes as the life faded from their bodies. She CHOSE how her children would die.
Notice how she didn’t try to hang herself because she knew what a horrific death that would be. She tried to give herself the easy death she denied her children.
Whatever her mental state, she is a cold blooded killer who wiped out her family with less mercy than a serial killer.
Lindsay Clancy is a monster who deserves to die exactly as her children did- afraid and in pain.
God can have mercy on her soul because I certainly won’t.
