Hey guys! I made a video on the Avengers sequel I think we should've gotten before Age of Ultron! I’m really proud how it's turned out. Check it out if you’ve got a minute to spare...or 8!😁🫶🏿 youtu.be/AyQ-HV3pNsk?si=_CYB…

You know, it occurred to me that Pepper deserves more credit here, I missed it because they arrived at the same time, but Pepper didn't come by portal, she flew. That takes time, which indicates that she was notified of the attack on the Avengers HQ and couldn't reach anyone, so she suited up and went in, presumably under the assumption that Tony, Cap, Thor and the rest were dead, incapacitated or fighting too hard to respond. She went in for an Avengers level threat alone and sorely lacking intel. Brave or stupid. Both, maybe.

All of us at Marvel Studios are deeply saddened by the passing of Sir Patrick Stewart. Sir Patrick brought Professor Charles Xavier to life with extraordinary grace, intelligence, and humanity, defining the character for generations of fans, from "X-Men" to "Logan" to "Avengers: Doomsday." He was a singular talent, a generous collaborator, and a true gentleman. Our hearts go out to his wife Sunny, his children, his friends, and the countless fans around the world whose lives he touched with his art.

Exactly this. It makes sense why Scott would make that mistake because he’s a Steve fan and is just used to calling HIM Cap. It’s in no way him trying to disrespect Sam.
If you wanna get mad at someone, be mad at Marvel Studios for underutilizing Sam as Cap.

There you go! Marvel was forced to release the extended footage of this scene just to clarify the joke here. 😭 Some of the discourse around Scott calling Steve Cap has been unbearable! This scene is probably one of the few comic relief moments in the film. And the "end" part of this joke is that John Walker was a "Cap" too BUT for a minute or something. These are all self-deprecating jokes here, nothing too serious

It’s been 11 years since Age of Ultron, and I still wonder what Thor and Vision were talking about here.
