THREAD: An anonymous source close to Drake Bells family has came forward to me. The producer that allegedly molested Drake Bell that was mentioned in a previous thread is Brian Peck.

He speaks out about Hilary Duff's mom being a stage mom, his thoughts on Quiet on Set Documentary and some of the non kid friendly settings he was placed in as a child actor.
However he speaks out about how his mom was never a stage mom and he didn't have too many situations where he was forced to do something he was uncomfortable to do.

Dan Schneider loses defamation lawsuit against #QuietOnSet Read Below ⬇️:
California’s Second District Court of Appeal on Thursday reversed a decision allowing Schneider to proceed with his lawsuit and rejecting that the docuseries implied that the producer sexually abused children who worked on the Nickelodeon series he created and ran.
“The documentary clearly distinguishes between the lamentable conduct that its participants attribute to Schneider gender discrimination, harassment, toxic workplace behavior, and inappropriate sexual innuendo and the child sexual abuse explicitly attributed to three named individuals,” stated by court.
The court said it will “refrain from splitting hairs to find an allegation of child sexual abuse where the only such abuse discussed is explicitly attributed to named perpetrators and the documentary expressly states that an investigation into Schneider found no evidence of abuse.”
Gerry Silver, Dan Schneider’s lawyer said the producer is evaluating “options for further review and appeal.” He added, “We are pleased that the Court acknowledged that the makers of Quiet on Set presented absolutely no evidence that Dan was sexually abusive towards any of his cast members and agreed that any such allegation is provably false.”
It’s starting to feel like an apocalypse with how many child actors are dying young just this year.
Disney Channel star Carla Jeffrey known for the “Zombie” movies has passed away at age 33.
Alexanders Talent Management, her agency announced it on her Instagram account. No reasoning on the death has been disclosed yet.
Raquel Lee has filed a lawsuit against Disney and has come forward about being repetitively raped and sexually assaulted by a co-worker at the age of 14 on the set of the Disney Channel Original Movie “The Poof Point” in 2001.
During the production of this film they filmed in Utah and each cast and crew member had a hotel room. This co-worker who sexually assaulted Raquel was an "adult, middle-aged, male employee of Disney who was involved in the filming of the movie."
This staffer would invite Raquel and her guardian to her room to “practice lines” However this crew member would later invite Raquel to her room alone and pressure her to consume alcohol while intoxicated where he would rape her.
She also states that“in plain view of the cast and crew and could be heard by the sound technicians managing the cast’s microphones.”
Raquel also starred in Nickelodeons The Amanda Show and Disney Channels “The Proud Family”.

Her representation in the case at the time was Gloria Allred who is known for representing accusers against prominent individuals in sexual misconduct claims.
Mark Curry may allegedly be the predator Raquel is referring to in this lawsuit with Disney.

Back in November 2023 James Blunt wrote a memoir called “Loosely Based on a Made-Up Story”.
There is a chapter dedicated to his friend Diana Jenkins and her super yacht she would often charter. Which mirrors Hayden’s story in her memoir with the older woman, the British singer and the boat released earlier this year.
The chapter wrote: “When she still had money, and I still had fame, Diana Jenkins would take me to the Cannes Film Festival on a super yacht that she’d chartered. It was huge. When someone onshore would ask which boat you were on, you’d reply, ‘The big one.’
“The team she would assemble would be a gaggle of gay men, a brace of billionaires’ wives, some supermodels, Kid Rock, and me. Guests would fight to get on the boat with us. Bono would make an appearance and sing ‘Miss Sarajevo’ to Diana.”
