TANZANIA HAS BEEN MOVED FROM LEVEL 3 to 2 by American government.
On Friday, I met a few young UGANDANS who are based in Uganda but pushing business to Tanzania.
They are tired of taking 10 steps in uganda and announcement takes them 9 steps back which is sad.
Uganda needs entrepreneurs more than anything where we have reached, anything that discourages an entrepreneur sends Uganda miles behind.

Speaker Jacob Marksons Oboth suspended enforcement of the ban pending a government statement, directing the Ministry of Energy to report back on Wednesday, October 21.
The intervention does not, by itself, repeal the presidential executive order. It gives the government an opportunity to explain its progress on alternative energy and address the practical difficulties facing affected communities.
