📣 It’s #alcoholawarenessweek with @AlcoholChangeUK
At Oasis Project, we understand that alcohol can impact our working lives too.
For women, the pressures of juggling work, home & social expectations can increase vulnerability to harmful drinking patterns.
🔈Calling all runners: We have places in the 2026 @brightonhalf on 1st March 2026.

Today is World Maternal Mental Health Day, a reminder that mums and mums-to-be deserve support for their mental health.
We support women, children & families affected by drug/alcohol problems, recognising that maternal mental health is a vital part of recovery and wellbeing.
